Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sunday or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.

Some exceptions:​

• During busy periods such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order.

• We will take extra care to pack and ship all orders. In case of unfortunate incidents we do not take any responsibility for breakages during shipping.

In all of these cases, we will keep you informed via email or call.

Shipping outside Chandigarh

We ship to all parts of India,

The cost of shipment is included in the running cost of the flashcards 

Some exceptions:

• In case you’ve ordered more than 5 pieces of the same product OR if the item ordered is marked under pre-order or in production, it may take longer to process your order.
